Agricultural method

No systemic treatment. Copper, sulphur, kaoline and/or zeolite, according to the seasonal developments. Fertilised with self produced vegetal compost and, occasionally, with manure. Soil surface treatments aimed to fight compaction and bury the fertilisation.

Vinification

Maceration on the skins with 50% whole grapes and 50% of grapes pressed in de-stemmer for 25 days, in small pvc containers of 10 hl. During the first week a semi carbonic maceration is being made, without any replacements and punching down.
