Technical specifications

A classic, Umbrian blend – its Grechetto character could easily be mistaken for a macerated wine, but it is here that its personal and ethereal elegance truly originates. Brucisco is my father Enzo's nickname. This is a wine revealing a warm, strong soul, brimming with meaning. The first contact on the palate gives off a textured, lively sensation: vinous, mineral, true. Made of a beautiful structure, it captures the essence of the country-side in liquid form. Hay like yellow, typical of the hills in central Italy.

Vinification

The de-stemmed, partially crushed grapes are pressed, the resulting must is left to ferment in a stainless steel tank until a complete transformation of the sugars is achieved (for 20 days). The crushed and pressed Grechetto is fermented separately in fiberglass tanks and continue to refine in an oak tonneau for 10 months. The wine was bottled in December 2022, uniting the two masses of grapes.
