Mosco
White
Technical specifications

A wine in which the focus on the Moscato aromatic profile is done in a clear, bright manner, without ever risking to become caricatural. Bursts of peach, aromatic herbs and hawthorn. A fresh, measured taste, where every sip is punctuated by a dash of acidity and salt. A comet-like wine.

Vineyard
Agricultural method

No systemic treatment. Copper, sulphur, kaoline and/or zeolite, according to the seasonal developments. Fertilised with self produced vegetal compost and, occasionally, with manure. Soil surface treatments aimed to fight compaction and bury the fertilisation.
